WOW! Nearly December? Where has November gone to? It’s a crazy time of year in the Interiors industry, (as it is for many people) and we have been super busy.
Despite the dark nights and short days, we have managed to see some sunshine… with some gorgeous days at the beginning of the month. We had a little jaunt out to Scarborough, and called in at The Crown & Cushion in Welburn on the way home for our annual family lunch (scallops to die for!).

And here’s a very quick before and after of a home we’ve been working on in North Leeds…

In other news, the SGH garden is almost complete. You can see it just behind the Halloween Pumpkin.

News Flash. Do not get cocky and carve a pumpkin a week in advance, it really does not look very pretty by Halloween. Talking of which, do not, during half term, take two small children to pick up Paint – you can come back with all sorts, including this gorgeous (but completely unnecessary) Christmas decoration.

We have had a quick photo-shoot to get some lovely shots of another project we finished at the end of summer, here’s a little peek (hope to get the rest of the photos of up before Christmas, watch this space!).

This week we have been working on two very different schemes – a bright and vibrant sitting room in a new build, and a sunny contemporary sitting/dining room for a bungalow.

Project management of the Cottage is still on-going, with this week been a crazy one as the decorating was finished, shelves put up, window treatments installed and the carpet laid. Finishing touches to do, but we’re hoping the wonderful Client will have a very happy Christmas in their new space.

This is the new stairs carpet (Sisal) and we hope to have more photos to follow in the new year (too dark and miserable to take any more pics at the moment!).
Now back to scheming – a snug with a rough-lux feel – and scheduling and costing and ordering to do for all the other projects…
Happy Saturday!
